Refund policy

At MiniFit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, email support@minifit.shop . Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders, name engraving).

  • Digital products or downloads.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@minifit.shop
